Family Doctor/Nurse Practitioner

Finding a family doctor can be difficult. The first step will be to complete the form with the local Division of Practice to be added to the waitlist to be paired with a family doctor or nurse practitioner. You can also reach out to the doctors listed as they may be accepting new clients.

Virtual Clinics allow you to book an online doctor’s appointment, with options to select a male or female practitioner, or the language you would prefer. While they don’t accept IFHP, they are low cost if you do not have MSP.

Fraser Health provides a list of physicians that speak multiple languages, and indicates if they are registered with the Interim Federal Health Program (IFHP).
